Our history
1986The founding members set up the “Commercialisti Associati Bortolotti & Conci” Firm in 1994 after their professional experience, which began in 1986 in an top-tier firm in Trento.
The founders’ thirty-year experience is the basis that has allowed the growth and aggregation of the other professionals. Indeed, it is an important part of the firm’s philosophy to train young professionals by giving them tools and support to grow and, over time, the opportunity to become members.
Currently the association can count on six trained and specialized accountants in the various areas of expertise.

Paolo
Graduated in 1985 in Economics and Commerce, Trento University, Dr Bortolotti is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Trento and Rovereto since 1986 and in the Register of Legal Auditors since 1995. He is Statutory Auditor for several limited companies. He specializes in real estate consultancy and has been a member of the investment committee of some real estate funds. He deals in particular with extraordinary transactions, with M&A, with the reorganization of groups and generational transfers, supporting the customer in identifying the most suitable and effective tools for planning and wealth protection.
Over the years it has contributed to the development of many initiatives in the renewable energy, in the solar, photovoltaic biomass and hydroelectric sector.
Graduated in 1985 Economics and Commerce, Trento University, Dr Conci is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Trento and Rovereto since 1986 and in the Register of Legal Auditors since 1995. She is Statutory Auditor for several limited companies.. She specializes in corporate, accounting and tax consultancy; in particular, it assists and represents customers during tax audits, in relations with the Financial Administration, in the pre-litigation stages and at every stage and degree of tax litigation. It also deals with the certification of costs incurred in the context of research projects funded by the European Union and the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Dr Quaresima is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Trento and Rovereto since 2000 and in the Register of Legal Auditors since 2001.
He is Statutory Auditor for several limited companies and entities and is a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Law 231/2001. He specializes in corporate, insolvency, subsidized finance and agricultural consultancy; in particular, he assists clients in the various phases of the business crisis. Dr Quaresima has held the position of financial advisor in various bankruptcy and debt restructuring procedures (agreements with creditors, debt restructuring agreements, recovery plans, etc.) and holds positions as judicial liquidator in limited companies.
Graduated in 2003 in Economics and Commerce from Trento Univeristy, Dr Angeli is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Trento and Rovereto since 2007 and in the Register of Legal Auditors since 2007. He is Statutory Auditor for several limited companies He specializes in the real estate sector and in business and tax consultancy, with particular regard to tax planning and the management and coordination of extraordinary transactions. He carries out due diligence activities in the context of acquisition operations and carries out company appraisals and evaluations. Dr Angeli also deals with assistance to new business initiatives and the drafting of business plans.
Graduated in 2013 in Economics and Commerce., Trento University, Dr Micheletti is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Trento and Rovereto since 2014 and in the Register of Legal Auditors since 2015. He is Statutory Auditor for several limited companies. He specializes in business and tax consultancy, with interest to new business initiatives, start-ups, the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements and the management of extraordinary operations. Dr Micheletti assists and represents customers during tax audits, in relations with the Financial Administration and in the phases of tax pre-litigation
Dr. Canal graduated in 2016 in Economics and Commerce from Trento University. He is member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Trento and Rovereto since 2018. He deals with ordinary business and tax consultancy and the preparation of financial statements. It assists clients in the various phases of managing contributions in favour of companies, with particular regard to those governed by the legislation of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
Dr. Olgiati graduated in 2000 at the IULM Free University of Languages and Communication in Milan – Faculty of Public Relations.
She has acquired good skills in French and English, consolidated by study trips to Hastings (England), Edinburgh (Scotland) and Saint Malo (France). At the Firm she is in charge of the management secretariat, communications management, agenda management and takes care of relations and practices with the Chamber of Commerce.
The offices
The Trento office is located in Via Verdi 19, a privileged position, in the heart of our city, a stone’s throw from Piazza Duomo.
In 1998 the second office of the studio was opened in Cavalese, in via Val Moena 4, in order to meet the needs of customers in Val di Fiemme and in the surrounding areas.

Studio Bortolotti & Conci promotes various initiatives from Trentino in the cultural, sporting and social fields.
In the cultural and social field, the Firm supports the initiative “Ambassadors of the Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme” with the aim to disseminate the history of the historical institution (Discover) and its prestigious headquarters. The firm supports also the Giuliano Social Promotion Association for the Organ of Tesero. (Discover)
In the sports field, he is a partner of the City of Trento Amateur Sports Association as part of the organization of the international running race “Giro al Sas” (Discover) as well as the Trentino “TransCanada Alaska Expedition” expedition by Maurizio Belli and Fulvio Giovannini.(Discover)
